Hello lovelies!
I’m a food-loving, 20-something, residing in New Hampshire. I relatively recently finished up my graduate school program for Speech Pathology, and my days are spent working with young children to support their learning and loving in the classroom. I am enjoying living in (and constantly creating) a new home with my boyfriend Matt and incredibly adorable cats, Ellum & Silhouette (“Silly”).
I’ve been vegan for about three years now and, a little over two years ago, I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance. Thus, my food options have changed quite a bit!
Luckily, my boyfriend is an amazing chef and we are taking this on as a new and exciting challenge to eat well, stay healthy and fit, and explore lots of new, delicious foods!
Certainly, as this journey continues via the interwebs, it is quite possible we will learn other wonderful things about each other.
